Today I introduced the letter Cc. We talked about the letter name, letter sound, and then looked at our name tags to see if they could find a Cc on them. Several of my students were really bummed that they didn't have a Cc in their name. One of my students finally said excitedly, "Mrs. Jerkins! My nickname has a Cc in it!" I asked her what it was and she smiled and said, "Pookie!"
