Fusion is what we call our Wednesday nights... although no one really calls it that. Because we are leaving, we wanted to cram in our special events that we do with our seniors... like a senior led fusion.
The seniors got to plan it. They chose the opening funny video, made the announcements, planned a game which they led, sang a special music with a guitar accompaniment, chose the music video, chose the country of the week, and then D interviewed each one. It was a sweet night of honoring them. They did a great job. The feedback we got was nothing but positive... we especially enjoyed hearing how encouraged the under class men were to hear the seniors give their testimonies, tell what God was currently doing in their lives as well as give practical advice. I think a challenge from a peer can be so much more effective sometimes than a challenge from an adult.
I am so proud of all of our seniors and can't wait to see what God does in and through their lives.
